Size and scope
A guest bathroom and a master ensuite are different jobs. We measure before quoting.
Material choice
Tile, sanitary ware and paint grade move the number more than labour does.
Condition on site
Hidden damage behind a wall or above a ceiling is found on the site visit, not mid job.
Timing
Urgent same week work carries a premium. Planned work does not.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. For most jobs in KL and Selangor we visit, measure and assess at no charge before giving you an itemised quotation.
Are the starting prices the final price?
No. They are honest starting points. Your written quote is itemised after the site visit, and that approved figure is what you pay.
How do I pay?
A deposit to start, then progress payments at agreed stages, and the balance on completion. Everything is written into the quote before work begins.
Do you provide a warranty?
Every completed job carries a workmanship warranty. If something is not right within the warranty period, we come back and fix it.

How long does a renovation take?
A single bathroom typically takes one to two weeks. A full home renovation runs four to eight weeks depending on scope, and the timeline is confirmed in your quote.
